At Rolling Green Elementary on May 17th, over 750 students took part in activities where they dressed up as professionals in fields that interested them. Photos showed kids sporting outfits ranging from police officers to astronauts and chefs. The school-wide event encouraged students to think about goals and aspirations.
On May 22nd, it was Highland Elementary's turn with 475 students attending their career fair. The public transportation agency Palm Tran played a major role, highlighting jobs like bus drivers and mechanics.

Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast coordinated the interactive career events across the district. The non-profit organization aims to inspire and prepare young people to succeed through experiential programs about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.
