Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast present Invest in Yourself - Health Resource Series
Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast is excited to announce its first-ever Invest in Yourself – Health Resource Series in partnership with Keiser University and Jordan Ray. This week-long initiative will include three in-school sessions and a panel discussion open to the community. The in-school sessions will occur in three high schools across Palm Beach County during the week of Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, 2022, and the panel discussion will take place on Thursday, September 22, from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm EST at Keiser University. The panel will include speakers from Keiser University and Palm Health Foundation. Speakers will share how they have created meaningful change across the healthcare industry and share different ways in which the community can help shape the future of healthcare.
The theme for the week is “Invest in Yourself,” and what better way to do this than by inviting professionals in the field to share how they have utilized their passions and skills to launch successful careers. Students will learn about resources and opportunities to develop sustainable healthcare workforce solutions. Recordings of each live session will be available to local educators in Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, Hendry County, and Indian River County to share with their students. Speakers include representatives from Limitless Medical Logs®, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Palm Beach Medical Society, and American Cancer Society, Inc.
We are incredibly excited to share that the event will be moderated by Greg Quattlebaum, Executive Director of Leadership Palm Beach County, and Jordan Ray, Founder & CEO of Limitless Medical Logs®, will be the keynote speaker. Jordan was the catalyst behind bringing this event to our Palm Beach County community, and she will share her tragedy-to-triumph story, focusing on mental health and chronic illness.
