(WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.) — Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast brought real-world learning to local classrooms through JA Earth Week: Marine Industries and Beyond, presented by Palm Beach International Boat Show Gives Back. The event introduced students to dynamic career paths in the marine and environmental sectors through firsthand accounts from local professionals.

Students had the opportunity to hear from speakers whose careers range from constructing seawalls to leading eco-adventures. The program aimed to inspire young minds by showcasing the variety and vitality of local job opportunities in industries that support environmental sustainability and coastal innovation.

The initiative aligned with JA’s mission to empower students with knowledge and tools for career success—especially within the growing industries of Palm Beach County.
